BetKong Terms & Conditions — Know Everything with Full Transparency

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the BetKong platform and all its users. BetKong is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. While these terms are presented in English, the original legal basis relies on the English version.

BetKong reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform and to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

BetKong may operate outside Bangladesh, but services may be restricted or unavailable in certain countries or regions. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with BetKong, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete details may cause issues during account verification and could result in account closure.

Registration Terms

• Each person may register only one account.
• You must use your real name, a valid mobile number, and an active email address.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or email address.

KYC Verification

Before processing deposits or withdrawals, BetKong may require identity verification (KYC). This may include submitting a copy of your National ID or passport along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

BetKong supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• The maximum deposit limit is ৳1,00,000 per day (may vary depending on account level).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; during peak periods, it may take up to 72 hours.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held until KYC verification is complete.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

BetKong offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to bonus amounts. This means you must place bets totaling a specified multiple of the bonus. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to wager BDT 10,000 in total.

• There is a set timeframe to complete wagering requirements (typically 30 days).
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time frame, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game — some games may count at 50% or less.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, each will be tracked separately.

Bonus Abuse

BetKong actively works to prevent bonus abuse. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting, or any other fraudulent method to obtain bonuses will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when playing Sports Betting and casino games on BetKong.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled before the match begins, the full amount will be refunded.
• BetKong is not responsible for accidental bets.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any bet, BetKong will review the case and make a final decision.
• BetKong reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a fair and impartial RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If a loss occurs due to a technical fault on the game provider's end, BetKong will investigate and take appropriate action.
• If your internet connection drops, game outcomes will be determined based on server logs.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on BetKong. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using deliberate betting strategies to abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or channeling illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other players.
• Credit card fraud or chargebacks.
• Syndicate betting — multiple individuals systematically attempting to claim bonuses together.

7 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are settled before closing your account.

Closed at User's Request

To close your account, contact support. All eligible balances will be paid out. Bonus balances will be cancelled.

Closed by BetKong

BetKong reserves the right to close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating our terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally 12 months).
• For legal reasons or by order of a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. If closed due to inactivity, any eligible balance will be returned.

8 Responsible Gaming
