Account & Registration

Go to betkong.ws and click the "Register" button. Enter your name, mobile number or email, password, and date of birth. Verify using the OTP sent to your mobile. Your account will be ready in just 3 minutes, and you'll receive a welcome bonus instantly.

No. Only one account is allowed per mobile number and email address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number. A reset link will be sent to you within a few minutes. Click the link to set a new password.

KYC verification is required before you can make a withdrawal. Upload a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. You can deposit without KYC, but withdrawals will not be processed until it's complete.

Log in → Go to the "Withdrawal" section → Select the amount and payment method → Confirm. If your KYC verification is complete, funds are typically received within 1–6 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500, and the maximum is ৳1,00,000 per day. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket): 1–3 hours. Bank transfer: 1–2 business days. Withdrawals made after midnight may be processed the following morning.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in some cases you can use the Cash Out feature to fully or partially settle your bet before the match ends.
